　　在句中作比較狀語(yǔ)的從句稱(chēng)為比較狀語(yǔ)從句。比較狀語(yǔ)從句一般位于句尾。

　　常用as ... as, not as/so ... as ..., than等結構引導。

　　1. 同級比較。同級比較常用as ... as ...結構。

　　如：

　　1) Water is eight hundred times as dense as air is.

　　水的密度是空氣的八百倍。

　　2) The girl is as tall as me.

　　這個(gè)女孩和我一般高。

　　2. 不同級比較。常用not as/so ... as ...的結構。

　　如：

　　I am not so young as you think.

　　我沒(méi)有你想的那么年輕。

　　3. 差級或高級比較。常用... than ...的結構。

　　如：

　　I like the dreams of the future than the history of the past.

　　與過(guò)去的歷史相比，我更喜歡未來(lái)的夢(mèng)想。

　　4. 比較關(guān)系的狀語(yǔ)從句。常用“the +比較級……, the +比較級 ……”。

　　如：

　　The more we do, the more we can do.

　　我們做的越多，能做的就越多。

　　1. 比較級前可以有much，far，a bit等詞修飾，用來(lái)說(shuō)明比較的程度，也可以用數字說(shuō)明具體的差距。

　　例如：

　　1) He works much harder than I do.

　　他學(xué)習比我努力多了。

　　2) This park is far more beautiful than I expected.

　　這座公園比我所想象得要美得多。

　　3) She is two years younger than I am.

　　她比我小兩歲。

　　2. what/as也可以引導對稱(chēng)或對比關(guān)系的狀語(yǔ)從句。

　　Food is to man what/as oil is to machine.

　　食物之于人，猶如油之于機器。
